CCMS was founded on Salesforce development, SharePoint support, and CRM and CMS consulting across the major platforms. That's where the name comes from. Over a decade that grew into custom application development and eventually the SaaS products and managed hosting business we operate today - all from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

How we got here

The origin of Complete Content Management Services

Chapter 1 - Where it started

CRM and CMS consulting

CCMS began as freelance Salesforce development and expanded into SharePoint, Zoho, and support across most major CRM and CMS platforms. The name Complete Content Management Services is literal - that was the work. This foundation gave the company deep fluency with how businesses store, manage, and move their data.

Chapter 2 - Custom application work

Workers' Comp and custom dev

Over time the work expanded into building custom applications for the Workers' Compensation insurance industry. These were complex, compliance-sensitive environments that required purpose-built solutions. This period shaped the way CCMS approaches every build: learn the workflow first, then design the system around it.

Chapter 3 - SaaS ownership

Self-storage and education platforms

That experience led to building owned SaaS products for underserved verticals - STORAGEsimple for the self-storage industry and TUITIONsimple for tutoring and education. Today CCMS operates multiple product lines alongside managed hosting, all backed by the same Fort Lauderdale team that has been here since day one.
