Encryption in transit & at rest
All traffic is served over HTTPS (TLS) with certificates managed automatically. Sensitive secrets such as connector credentials are encrypted at rest using modern libsodium authenticated encryption.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never see or store full card numbers — card data goes directly to Stripe.
Account protection
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Customers can enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) with recovery codes, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited to slow brute-force attacks.
Accountability & logging
Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log, and customers can review their own recent sign-ins and API key history from the account portal.
Your data, your control
Download a portable copy of your account data any time, or request deletion, directly from your portal account. We process personal data in line with GDPR and CCPA principles.
Reliability & transparency
Service health is published on our status page, where you can subscribe to incident and maintenance notifications.

We work with a small set of trusted providers to deliver our services. Each is selected for its security posture and bound by data-protection terms.
