Effective date: June 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ccmshightech.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Complete Content Management Services™, Inc. ("CCMS"), a company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
2. Use of the site
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with CCMS regarding products and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this Site - including text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the property of Complete Content Management Services, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
The names CCMS, CCMS Hosting, DMARCsimple, SERVEsimple, STORAGEsimple, and TUITIONsimple are trademarks or trade names of Complete Content Management Services™, Inc.
4. Product and service information
CCMS makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product and service descriptions on this Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. Product capabilities and availability may change without notice.
5. Contact form submissions
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a contractual or client relationship with CCMS. Any services engagement will be governed by a separate agreement.
6. Third-party links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. CCMS is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CCMS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
9. Billing, subscriptions, and renewals
Paid CCMS products and services - including software subscriptions, managed hosting, and related offerings (the "Services") - are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe, unless otherwise stated at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize CCMS to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. Pricing is shown at checkout; we may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice. All fees are in U.S. dollars and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account portal; cancellation stops future renewals and remains in effect through the end of the current paid period.
10. Late payment, suspension, and reactivation
If a scheduled payment fails or an invoice becomes past due, CCMS will notify you by email and may retry collection. If the outstanding balance is not paid within twenty-four (24) hours of the payment becoming past due, CCMS may automatically suspend your access to the affected Service without further notice. Suspension does not waive or reduce amounts owed. Your account data is retained during a suspension; if the balance remains unpaid, the subscription may be canceled and associated data may be removed in accordance with our retention practices. Access is restored automatically once the outstanding balance is paid in full. To avoid any interruption of Service, keep a valid payment method on file in your account portal.
11. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
CCMS reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
