What Claude can announce

Your updates, delivered where your team already is

Tell Claude what matters and where it should land. DISCORDsimple turns the work Claude already does for you into announcements your whole server can see.

  • Support email alerts to #support-email
  • ClickUp and project task alerts
  • A weekday morning brief, on schedule
  • Deploy and uptime notifications
How it works

Three steps to your first announcement

  1. Install the bot. Sign in at discordsimple.ccmshightech.com and click "Add to Discord" to install the DISCORDsimple bot on your server.
  2. Pick channels and mint a key. Choose the channels Claude may post to and mint an API key.
  3. Add the connector to Claude. Connect it in Claude Code, Claude Desktop, claude.ai, or CoWork — and start announcing.

Built for teams that live in Discord

  • Founders who want support alerts where the team already talks
  • Project leads pushing task updates out of the tracker
  • Operators who want a morning brief without writing one
  • Anyone tired of copy-pasting updates into channels

Three focused tools

DISCORDsimple gives Claude exactly what it needs and nothing more: list_channels to see where it may post, post_message for text and rich embeds — mention-safe, so it can never ping @everyone — and read_messages so it can check what's already been announced and skip duplicates.

Post anywhere you allow

Claude can post to exactly the channels you grant — text posts on Free, rich embeds on Pro. You decide channel by channel, and the bot never sees the rest of your server.

Mention-safe by design

Announcements can never ping @everyone. Your server stays calm: updates arrive in the right channel without waking up the whole community.

No duplicate noise

With read_messages, Claude checks what's already been posted before announcing — so a re-run brief or repeated alert never floods the channel twice.

Secure by design

DISCORDsimple is self-hosted by CCMS on ccmshightech.com infrastructure — your announcements never route through a third-party middleman. Every tenant is isolated, and every request is checked against the access you granted.

  • Per-tenant isolation on CCMS infrastructure
  • API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes
  • Rate-limited requests
  • The bot only sees channels you grant it
  • Message reads are flagged untrusted to the AI
