DISCORDsimple Privacy Policy

What DISCORDsimple accesses, how your account and Discord data are handled, and the choices you have.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

DISCORDsimple is a product of Complete Content Management Services, Inc. ("CCMS", "we"). It is a connector that lets you use an AI assistant (such as Claude) to post announcements to Discord channels you choose. This policy explains how DISCORDsimple handles your data.

1. Information we collect

  • Account identity. When you sign in, we receive your account email address and a unique account identifier.
  • Discord server and channel IDs. For each server where you install the bot, we store the server ID and the IDs of the channels you grant access to.
  • Message content, in transit. When you ask the assistant to post, the message content is transmitted to Discord on your behalf and is not stored by DISCORDsimple. When the assistant reads messages to de-duplicate announcements, that content is processed per request and flagged untrusted to the AI; it is not stored.
  • Usage counters. We keep counts of posts made against your plan's monthly limits, plus basic operational logs for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the service: to authenticate you, post to the channels you have authorized, enforce plan limits, and keep the service secure. We do not use your message content for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

3. Storage and security

  • API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. We never store your API key in plain text; a key can be verified but not recovered.
  • Message content is not retained. Posts are transmitted on your behalf and reads are processed per request; DISCORDsimple does not keep a copy.
  • Per-tenant isolation. DISCORDsimple is self-hosted by CCMS on ccmshightech.com infrastructure; each request is authenticated, rate-limited, and scoped to your account only.
  • Limited bot visibility. The bot only sees the channels you grant it.
  • Transport security. All connections use TLS/HTTPS.

4. Third parties

  • Discord. The bot is installed through Discord's standard authorization flow, and posts and reads happen through Discord's API under Discord's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Stripe. Billing for Pro plans is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.
  • The AI assistant. When you use DISCORDsimple through an assistant such as Claude, your requests and the resulting message content pass through that assistant under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Data retention and deletion

Server and channel connection details and hashed API keys are kept until you remove the bot from a server, revoke the key, or close your DISCORDsimple account, at which point they are deleted. Usage counters and operational logs are retained for a limited period for billing and security purposes and then removed. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your choices

  • Grant or revoke channel access at any time from your dashboard.
  • Revoke or rotate API keys at any time.
  • Remove the bot from any server through Discord's server settings.
  • Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
