STORAGEsimple integrates with PTI Security gate systems to automatically manage tenant access based on payment status. When a tenant becomes delinquent, gate access is automatically revoked. When they pay, access is restored immediately.

How It Works

  1. Tenant rents unit - STORAGEsimple assigns gate code and syncs to PTI
  2. Access granted - Tenant can enter facility using their code
  3. Payment becomes late - System automatically revokes gate access
  4. Tenant pays - Access restored immediately upon payment
  5. Access logged - All gate activity recorded for reporting
