Reset Your Password

Locked out or just due for a change? Resetting your password takes about a minute. These steps work for every CCMS product.

Step 1: Use the Forgot Password Link

Start from the sign-in page of the product you use (TUITIONsimple, STORAGEsimple, SERVEsimple, or DMARCsimple):

  • Click the "Forgot password?" link below the login form
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • Submit the form; a confirmation message appears even if the email is not on file, for security

If you are not sure which email your account uses, try the addresses you commonly use, or ask your account administrator.

Step 2: Open the Reset Email

A password reset email is sent within a few minutes:

  • Click the reset link in the email; it opens a secure page to set a new password
  • Links expire after a short period; if yours has expired, request a new one
  • Nothing arriving? Check spam and junk folders, and confirm you entered the right address

Reset links can only be used once. If the link says it is invalid, simply start over from the sign-in page.

Step 3: Choose a Strong Password

Your new password protects business and customer data, so make it count:

  • Use at least 12 characters; longer is better
  • A passphrase of several unrelated words is strong and easy to remember
  • Never reuse a password from another site or service
  • Use a password manager to generate and store passwords for your whole team

Avoid predictable substitutions and personal details such as names, birthdays, or your business name.

A Note on Two-Factor Authentication

Where two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on your CCMS product, we strongly recommend enabling it:

  • 2FA adds a second check, usually a code from an app on your phone, at sign-in
  • Even if a password leaks, the account stays protected
  • Enable it from your profile or security settings after signing in

If you have 2FA enabled and lose access to your device, contact support to verify your identity and restore access.

Still Locked Out?

If the reset flow is not working, we can help directly:

  • Email support@ccmshightech.com with the product name and the email on the account
  • Or call (954) 693-6422 during business hours
  • We will verify your identity before making any account changes
  • Account administrators can also trigger resets for their team members from the Users screen

For security, support will never ask you to share your password by email or phone.
