What the Parent Portal Is
The parent portal gives families 24/7 self-service access to everything about their student, without calling your front desk:
- Upcoming session schedules
- Invoices, balances, and payment history
- Online payments and autopay
- Session notes and assessment results
- Receipts and statements for download
Centers report a 50 percent or greater reduction in billing-related inquiries after rolling out the portal.
Schedules: What Parents See
Parents can check tutoring appointments anytime:
- Upcoming sessions with date, time, and tutor
- Attendance history - a complete record of sessions attended
- Automatic email or SMS reminders before each session

Invoices and Payments
The billing side of the portal lets each payer manage their own account:
- View current and past invoices and statements

The billing portal integrates with WooCommerce for online payment processing.
Progress and Assessment Results

Account Access and Multiple Payers
Every payer connected to a student gets their own separate login:

- Schedules and progress are visible to authorized payers and guardians
- Works for divorced parents, grandparents, scholarship funds, and corporate sponsors
Payer accounts are created when you add payers to the student record during enrollment or split billing setup.

- A parent cannot log in - verify their email on the student record and resend the portal invitation
